The fully automatic image measuring instrument has a beautiful appearance and a more user-friendly functional design; the independently developed 3D-OPTIC-PRO software has a user-friendly interface, powerful functions, simple operation, strong stability, and programmable automatic measurement.
It adopts precision ball screw and precision linear guide, with high-performance AC servo system full closed-loop control, high precision, high speed and high stability.
Adopt high-resolution brand color CCD to ensure high-quality measurement images and improve the rapid measurement rate.
The fully automatic image measuring instrument is equipped with a fully automatic 12-stage zoom lens. No pixel calibration (linear calibration) is required after changing the magnification.
The LED surface lights and the straight-axis LED contour light sources can be controlled by software.
High precision optical scale 1 µm.
