RATJONAL series-Large Travel Gantry Vision Measuring Machine is a high-precision, large-size automatic measuring equipment. It adopts gantry structure design, has the characteristics of large stroke and high stability, and is suitable for fast and precise measurement of three-dimensional size, form and position tolerance and surface profile of large workpieces.
Product Properties
The base is made of (00 grade) marble material and has a solid platform design to ensure extremely high stability and rigidity.
The appearance design is beautiful and the functional design is more user-friendly; the independently developed 3D-OPTIC software has a friendly interface, powerful functions, simple operation, strong stability, and programmable automatic measurement.
It adopts precision ball screw and precision linear guide, with high-performance AC servo system full closed-loop control, high precision, high speed and high stability.
The fully automatic gantry measuring instrument adopts high-resolution brand color CCD to ensure high-quality measurement images and improve the rapid measurement rate.
With a fully automatic 12-stage zoom lens, there is no need to do pixel calibration (linear calibration) after changing the magnification.
The five-ring eight-zone LED surface lights and the straight-axis LED contour light source can be controlled by software.
High precision optical scale 0.1/0.2µm.
