Our History
Huizhou Zhongke Advanced Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongke Advanced") is a high-tech, provincial-level new-type research and development institution jointly established by the People's Government of Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China, and the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It was founded in August 2015.
Supported by the technological resources of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhongke Advanced focuses on industries such as artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing. It is committed to forward-looking core technology research and development, primarily serving local enterprises and contributing to regional economic development. The company provides intelligent and digital services to facilitate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into practical applications, promoting high-quality industrial development in China.
Zhongke Advanced has been deeply engaged in the fields of industrial visual inspection, flexible operation of industrial robots, and intelligent robotics for many years. The company currently has a team of over 30 employees, including more than 20 full-time core R&D staff. Among them are 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 11 PhDs, and 4 Master's degree holders. The team also includes 5 professionals with senior titles and 8 with intermediate titles. Zhongke Advanced has established a Robotics Innovation Laboratory, a Machine Vision Innovation Laboratory, and a Machine Vision Training Center.
The company boasts 1,000 m² of R&D space, a 1,500 m² pilot workshop, and a 10,000 m² industrial incubation base. Zhongke Advanced's incubated factory specializes in the R&D, production, and manufacturing of a range of products including Universal version flexible feeder, Automatic tray handling flexible feeder, Automatic flexible taping machine, ,Industry-specific flexible feeder, MPC Semiconductor inspection equipment, Automatic optical inspection equipment, PCB Visual inspection machine, CCD Visual inspection labeling machine, Paint roller machine production line equipment, Optical measuring machine, Bridge coordinate measuring machine, 3D measuring machine.
