The optical image measuring instrument adopts precision ball screw and precision linear guide, which has high precision and high stability.
Adopt high-resolution brand color CCD to ensure high-quality measurement images and improve the rapid measurement rate.
The optical image measuring instrument is equipped with a manual positioning lens, and there is no need to perform pixel calibration after changing the magnification (save the linear calibration).
The LED surface lights and the straight-axis LED contour light sources can be controlled by software.
