The MPC semiconductor inspection equipment is a fully automatic directional dry dust removal system for CMOS image sensors. It is equipped with a high-resolution camera that can identify ultrafine particle foreign matter and guide the dust sticking mechanism to perform high-precision directional dust removal. It can remove foreign matter larger than 700nm on the substrate/Sensor. The machine is equipped with a high-speed servo module. Single/double stations can be selected according to production capacity. The maximum production capacity is greater than 5000pcs/h. It can output reports and generate MAP diagrams. At the same time, the data can be uploaded to the customer's MES system.
